Toxokil, kills ticks , fleas and lice on cat and dog. Frontline Comp is particularly effective against fleas as the agent in addition to Fipronil also contains the active substance (S) -Metoprene which kills the flea’s larvae and eggs.
Fipronil kills ticks, fleas and lice while (S) -Metoprene prevents flea larvae and eggs from developing into new fleas. The active substances are absorbed by the skin’s sebaceous glands and then released continuously after treatment.
ticks are only affected by Fipronil and passively receive the substance when sitting in the animal’s fur. When the tick contains a sufficiently high dose of Fipronil, it dies, usually within 48 hours of contact with the substance. After treatment, dogs are protected from ticks for up to 4 weeks and cats for up to 2 weeks.
Frontline Comp is approved for use on pregnant and lactating dogs and cats. The drug can be used on puppies and kittens from the age of 8 weeks, however, the kittens should weigh at least 1 kg and the puppies at least 2 kg. It is specially developed for cats and dogs and should not be used on other animals.
Do not use Frontline on wet coat as it is more difficult for the agent to attach. For best effect, do not expose the animal to water for the first 48 hours after treatment. Wash your hands thoroughly after treatment.
Apply Frontline in a place where the animal cannot lick itself. For sustained efficacy, treatment should be repeated every 4 weeks.

site has dried. Do not be used on rabbits.
